Minor fixes!

Hello!

I found out that I'd left a dev cheat in the game by accident, so I did some small tweaks while I fixed it!

• Disabled dev cheat that let you end the game instantly
• The menu can now be opened before you get the tasklist (but you can only access the options menu)
• Lantern now has different dialogue if you collect all the rocks
