Good morning!
I worked on my project for around an hour this morning, and designed and implemented background art into my game using Godot's tileset editor. I did have some trouble with the cells being larger than the actual tile, but I fixed it by changing to size of the cells to 16x16, the size of the pixel art.
I also managed to get the lasers flashing on and off, but there is a bug meaning if you step onto a laser before it turns back on again, you don't die. I think I might have thought of a solution though!
