Doog Update to v0.93

Quick patch with small bugfixes and improvements. Once again, thank you for the feedback.

New Stuff:

• Added a message when trying to start a new game without logging in.
• Added the possibility to change run key behaviour. Keep pressed or one touch run on/off.
• Added "waiting for server" messages when logging in and registering.
• Made buttons and switches slightly bigger and increased interaction range a little.

Bug fixes:

• The register button stopped working after a new user registration error.
