Released Beta 0.9.1

Hi! This is the first devlog post-"release" (which was just the first publicly available beta).

CHANGELOG:

• Added resolution selector for the options menu.
• Fixed issue that let you unpause the game without exiting the options menu.
• Removed ability to resize window in windowed mode.

KNOWN ISSUES:

• Sometimes resolution selector shows duplicate resolutions.
