Water reflection

Added a buncha things last couple days:

• Water reflection
• Engine Boost items gives a 10% acceleration and top speed bonus (Bonus system is in place, will allow for more bonus items in the future and other bonuses and maluses from different sources)
• Ambient sound loops (high winds when flying, chirpy birds when landed)
• Smooth currency counter
• Repair costs
