Collision fixes and game update v1.1

Fixes and updates from v1.1:

• Made player and stairs collisions smoother to walk.
• Pipe collision is now also smoother, you can easily walk now there without jumping.
• Cutscene camera animation adjusted to hint more about location and surroundings.
• Removed the big crater and replaced with different game objects as it may appear confusing, also you could get stuck inside it.
• Overall map object placement improvements.
• Overall map collision improvements.
