Take Car v1.0.1

This update will release very quickly after the game jam ends. Here are some of the patches:

• You can now head back to the menu by resetting in the pause menu
• Misplaced crate support tiles have been removed
• Level music no longer plays in the start screen
• Pause menu and title screen show game version.

Expect to see a version 1.1.0 with more levels later.
