Tutorial has Arrived

One thing this game was missing was a Tutorial with detailed examples since players aren't usually expecting the Equation to follow the PEMDAS order of operations.  Internal tests showed me that no one knew or used PEMDAS so it was a very important to have it.

This update comes along with a few adjustments and an important bug-fix (it froze the game).

It also does away with the old boot images which had the version written on it. Now the information can be seen in the Credits.

The final adjustments will involve some minor polish but first I'm publishing it for open testing on the Google Play Store.
