Sorry, this one ended up being delayed, I suffered a severe case of insomnia for 3.5 days or so where I was in no condition to work. This is also the final character for a long while as I'm going on hiatus to work on a separate project. I don't know how long it'd take to finish the new project, but ideally it gets finished before the year ends and flash dies. I've delayed that project for too long and have no faith that I'll finish it in time. RIP. Anyways look forward to Ryuko Matoi on the 4th. If I forget to upload it, someone remind me on Newgrounds or something.
