Ok! First devlog. Figured this would be fun to do, so here we go. I'll keep it short. :D
I've just uploaded update 2! In this update, I've added a wraith type enemy that will roast you with fireballs. Be sure to move fast / strafe and smoke them out with your own fireballs from the bracelet. (Press 2 to equip once you find it, then left alt to fire.
In addition, our player can now take damage. No life bar or any type of health indication, but hoping to get that done tomorrow.
You have 5 hit points, so watch out.
If you die, you will see a game over screen and start at the beginning of the level.
I've also added more sounds effects that I was not able to get integrated before the jam time was up.
If you played through the demo already, there are some secret cheats to let you skip through the game - 8,9,0 keys will let you load a specific level. This will be removed eventually, but for now, I think it's a nice way to check out the rest of the game, if you get stuck.
