New Level and Lots of Under-the-Covers Gubbins

Level 4 is Here (on browser version, at least!)

Not a massive update, and only for the webGL version at the moment. Lots of things going on in the background to make things easier for me going forward, but I've added a new level along with Best Time saving for each level and flyby's for levels 3 and 4. Bad guys have made an appearance on level 4 as well.

Oh, nearly forgot, you can  pause/resume by pressing P.  :o 

I'll build and upload for other platforms in the next few days.
