Improved accessibility

A minor update to improve the accessibility of the adventure: I have added three plain text files (PDF, word, text) to aid in improving accessibility. Unfortunately I do not currently have access to the layout file that was used in creating the final release so am unable to amend it at present to improve the flow of text through screen readers.
