update #1 (the only one, hopefully)

several minor changes and fixes!

• fixed a bug that set your health back to the starting max of 6 by going through doors
• fixed hearts getting stuck behind walls and not attracting towards you
• i left in a debug key that allowed you to get full health by pressing a button. im an IDIOT now thats gone
