Thanks to a couple of kind fellow jam developers I've discovered that some parts of the on screen elements were not always pixel perfect positioned - due to some missing round calls. The problem was more evident in the home menu - but it was present even in-game.
I hope that the new versions (html5 and win64) solve that kind of problem
