New game safety and new incremental multiplier

New features:

• Added new game button safety to avoid misclicking the new game button
• Added new incremental multiplier upgrade (multiplies your clicks per second by it's level and is very expensive)

Fixes:

• Fixed glitch that caused items in background to spawn outside of the player's view
