# Hell is out: 135 animated objects for 16x16 top-down games
Lava rivers, bone fields and cathedrals of skulls. The Hell pack is the second paid pack
in the collection and the darkest one: a complete top-down hellscape on a 16 px grid,
drawn to one palette so it mixes with every other pack in the series.
## What's inside
- **18 tilesets, 990 tiles**: twelve ground materials with ten variants each, seven
47-blob terrain edges, lava and blood river at six frames, wall caps and faces for
five materials, props, animated props, structures and decals.
- **78 buildings**, 76 of them animated: the gate of hell, the obsidian keep, the skull
cathedral, the dragon throne, down to hovels, market stalls and wall segments.
- **14 characters** with idle, walk, attack and death in four directions: eight 24 px
figures and six 48 px bosses (great red dragon, Beelzebub, Abaddon, Death, Behemoth,
Leviathan).
- **25 fx and lights**: light cookies, darkness layers, fog, ashfall, embers, blood
rain, soul motes, and a tint table for grading.
- A **40x23 demo map** built only from the pack, as PNG, GIF and Tiled `.tmx`.
Every asset is also on the showcase page, packed edge to edge and animating:

## Engine ready
- **Tiled**: one `.tsx` per sheet with Wang sets and tile animations wired; the demo map
opens as-is.
- **Godot 4**: a TileSet resource with an atlas per sheet, terrain sets and animated
tiles. Copy the whole `hell-pack` folder into your project and open
`godot/hell_tileset.tres` from there (the resource's texture paths need the folder
intact; there's a README beside it).
- **Unity**: an editor script that slices the character sheets from their JSON atlases.
- **Aseprite**: every sheet as `.aseprite` with frame tags, in the source download.
## Licence
Buy once, use in unlimited commercial and non-commercial games. Edit, recolour and remix
freely, no attribution required. No resale or redistribution of the assets, no AI
training.
## Launch price
**$6.75 for the first two weeks**, then $9. Both downloads (PNG + engine files, and the
Aseprite sources) are included.
## What's next
A free v1.1 is planned: thirteen more creatures on the same rig, from the pack's
original bestiary (Hades, Azazel, Lilith, the beasts from the sea and the earth, the
scarlet beast, the cockatrice, Rahab, the unclean spirit, the fiery flying serpent, and
the horsemen Conquest, War and Famine). Buyers get it as an update.
If the pack is useful to you, a rating on the page is the single thing that helps most.
