Time to slow down on the rapid updates and say hello with this project.
This is being made to help aide the creation of my current main project, FINAL DUEL. It is a tool for making pre rendered backgrounds, with an ever growing arsenal of tools at your disposal. With I'm sure many more to come.
I wanted to give it to everyone to use on as many platforms as possble, hopefully someone can have fun using it, even if it isnt the best.
