v1.1.0 Global Wave Counter, Activated!

Just a couple of front-facing changes this week, though the background work was large. Full details here.

• Redid the music and the underlying music system.
• Added a global wave counter to the game’s website.
• Android builds now support proper daily and weekly high scores.
