New Release - v0.2.0

A new release!

• Added field of view
  • Some things may be harder to spot such as smaller ships
• Added crew skills
  • Gunner aiming - increases chances your shots will hit
  • Surgery - increases chance crew still survive a hit
  • Spotting - increases chance to see something within your field of view
• Crew skill experience changes with crew count
• Added crew efficiency that affects all skill modifier
• Killing a ships crew results in their cargo being dropped
• Message logs are only visible for that turn
• View cargo with key I

Next version I plan on focusing on cargo, item weight, using items, and trading.
