A couple of people did short let's plays of this game, and in both cases, they got stuck. In both situations, they had befriended a monster, guided it to the problem they wanted it to solve, and then gave up after it didn't do anything.
The solution here was for them to use the attack button to tell the monster what to do. In retrospect, I don't know why I thought that would be obvious. In any case, I've added a couple events that make friendly monsters do their actions if the player collides with the corresponding object.
Hopefully this makes the game more approachable.
