Optimisation update to reduce file size bloat from unused assets and debug code.
Fixed glitch that let you change the level within the game.
Adjustments to the scrolling message operation and wording.
Player lives now capped at 5 and actually works correctly.
Fixed bug where player car can stop moving over half the road for no reason - the main reason for creating this patch.
