Hi guys, I've got good news! Based on the information I had gathered on using Instance Variables (IVs), I experimented with the code for the
spiky creatures attacks and it worked! Now each spiky creature only fires upon ColourMapster when CM overlaps the detection sprite (with
it's own specific IV) and the corresponding spiky creature (with it's own specific IV) is in the vicinity
