Update v1.18b:
*rifle with no name* is now a Ballista.
Fixed having 8000 points on start-up without the Loan modifier.

Added and removed some music.
Added categories to the Phone Menu.
Zombie spawn times reduced from 7-12 seconds to 0.1-0.2 seconds.
Increased pause between rounds to 10 seconds.
Adjusted TEC-9 reload w/ no ammo animation.
Added a new modifier.
Reduced size of SV98 and the other bolt action rifle *it doesn't have a name* when equipped.
More animation fixes.
