Complete Remap of Keyboard Controls
Changed controls in options to only display keyboard controls if a controller is not connected.
W - A - S - D are now used for movement
E - Used to enter in-game menu to use stat points.
Left Mouse - Punch
Right Mouse - Kick
Middle Mouse - Sword
Shift - Block
Space - Jump
