Fixed a few major bugs

Greetings,

I fixed a few major bugs that were keeping the game from keeping track of what was going on properly. Now, saves and rollbacks should work as intended and the game should keep track of what you chose properly. This should also fix some bugs that were happening if you restarted a new game without closing the game completely first.
