v 24.1 Dreamer radial hotfix

• Clicking a Dreamer on the board opens the action radial again. It no longer hides behind the table or gets eaten by a second tap.
• Tutorial starts with one Mandrake on House. Goofus Bird arrives on The Basement in Round 2, and that Meet must be Rejected.
