Short version: New ScrollBar style
Scrollbars are a small part of a UI, but you look at them constantly, so they're worth getting right. I restyled the scrollbars in Lightning Engine to fit modern conventions better: the track and thumb are slimmer at rest, and the whole bar expands when the cursor hovers over it; easier to grab without stealing space the rest of the time.
