Hey, I haven't touched this in forever, but I got a bunch of ideas recently for mutations and just spewed out the mods.
And then I realized that the old mods didn't live up to the quality, so I upgraded a couple of them.
NOTE: Some of the muts have placeholder art for now. I'll fix it when I can, but I'm starting to get too many projects so I'd rather release when I have momentum.
Full list of mutations:
Compressing Fist:
You need to use twice the ammo with each shot, but all your shots do double damage.
Confidence:
You gain speed and damage based on your HP/Max HP Ratio, with higher HP being better.
Duplicators:
Every time you use ammo, you recover 1/3 of it afterwards.
Garment Regenerator:
When you take damage, you heal half of that damage a second later.
Rocket Casings:
Your bullets have their speed multiplied by 1.25, damage multiplied by 1.5, and their knockback doubled.
Sloppy Fingers:
You fire at 1.5x speed, but you have reduced accuracy.
Steel Nerves:
You have a 1/8 chance, on any damage you take, to take no damage.
Unstable DNA:
Reset to level 1, keeping mutations, but you lose half your max HP.
Wave 2 of mutations, these are based on weapons:
Staked Chest: Bolts deal more damage after passing through enemies
Shocked Skin: Shells create electricity on impact
Saline Breath: Electricity jumps between enemies
Waste Gland: Explosions create toxic clouds
Scrap Arms: Bullet ammo drops from enemies when you're carrying a bullet weapon
Toxic Thoughts: Toxic clouds move towards your cursor when you aren't firing
Shattered Skull: Shells split into more shells when they are fired
Energized Intestines: Bolt trails turn into lasers when the bolt hits a wall.
Fractured Fingers: Explosions contain mini Explosions
