First Playtest Build

This if the first public build of Triage for playtesting purposes. 

Currently the setting menu in all scene doesn't function and the intractable equipment in the level for testing is still in development but a tutorial scene is ready along with the main scene.

Please provide us feedback on the current state of our game in the feedback from below we would love to hear your feedback so we can improve the game.
