world map!

Added a world map that shows your character's location in the world (white dot)! It also shows you any dungeons you haven't completed yet (red squares). Once you complete a dungeon, the red square will disappear. No more wandering around trying to find the one dungeon you skipped earlier!

Minor fixes:

• Escape from combat now always successful
• Object clickable areas are now larger and more forgiving
• Adjusted Item submenu to prevent overlap with the Cancel button in top right of screen
