Changes made:
- Added a tutorial
- Finished working on the tutorial map
- Lumber camps now cost only gold
- Decreased the gold cost, and increased the wood cost for building farms
- Changed trading values for wood in the trading menu
- Settlers now cost cheaper in the beginning, but their cost increases with every new settlement you build
- Decreased the cost for the elite units, also nerfed them a bit
- Increased performance
- Fixed a bunch of bugs
