A bizarre opening week I must say.
The big patch for our demo is out now, much from my plan to implement/fix after some Internet surfing, and thanks to a supportive itch.io community.
General fixes: (─‿‿─)
- Fix the character behavior that runs out of place of the Oven/Chest when moving and interacting at the same time.
- Fix an issue when character can still "pick up" item even if inventory grid is full.
- Fix an issue where pause menu cannot be used after player fainted.
- Fix game performance.
- Fix an issue where character can attack when interacting with inventory/minimap.
- Fix some logical flow disruption between UI elements.
New contents \(★ω★)/
- Save/load data. Now you can keep your items after exit game. Yayyyy.
- A cookbook with description, ingredients and tool to keep track of every dishes you have made.
- A chest to keep more items in fresh condition. You can find it at the bottom of your room.
- A faint animation for character.
- Item info for players who wants to know the ingredient name :D
What's next? (⇀‸↼‶)
Now that the gameflow is stabilized, we will first implement/fix some more graphical features, such as the Tilemap order(is a pain), and Minimap Navigation. Also, some small content updates after I (the coder) take the exam on August. Wish me lucks!
Also, we will have a new patch soon with item being usable!
