Update 0.3 brings major improvements to the systems at the heart of *SIN*. Squadmates are smarter, supernatural encounters are more dynamic, and missions now flow more smoothly from deployment to debriefing.
Your squad now moves, regroups, and fights more like a trained unit. Improved formations, room-clearing behavior, threat response, and firing safety make tactical commands more reliable across a wider range of environments.
Possession, manifestation, sigils, summoned demons, and environmental disturbances have all been expanded. Supernatural threats now escalate more naturally and interact with missions in more meaningful ways.
Mission introductions, scoring, rules of engagement, loadouts, and end-of-mission results have been refined. Weapons also feel more consistent, with better switching, ammunition feedback, projectile behavior, and impact effects.
NPC processing, realtime lighting, shadows, animation, blood effects, and combat visuals have received focused improvements to support busier encounters while preserving atmosphere.
- Fixed squadmates falling behind, investigating defeated enemies, or choosing unsafe lines of fire.
- Fixed NPCs becoming stuck in incorrect combat, weapon, animation, or possession states.
- Fixed several mission-intro and results-screen input issues.
- Fixed inconsistent weapon switching, ammunition handling, and equipment presentation.
- Fixed issues with damage attribution, bleeding, knockouts, and mission scoring.
- Fixed assorted navigation, projectile, lighting, UI, and performance issues.
Update 0.3 is an important step toward more tactical missions, more dangerous supernatural encounters, and a smoother overall experience. I cant wait for you to play it.
