Experimenting with dithering light effects

Dither lighting tests. What do you folks think? We're experimenting with different effects so the final version might be very different!

Had to do these with shader code because we couldn't figure out how to get 2d lights information on shader graph.

Do you folks have any resources on implemeting dithering effects or creating dithering textures?
