Bugfixes

The following issues should be fixed with this update:

• [Bug] The player could push a ball before water was melted
• [Bug] Tutorial text persists if you go back to main menu and select another level
• [Bug] Fireball can melt the ice while moving through water
• [Bug] Ice blocks not melting at same time (level 25 for example)
• [Bug] The player could push blocks over the edge despite there being a ridge (level 19)
• [Bug] Lava ball stays floating if ice under it is melted (level 29)
• [Bug] At very low FPS the ice won't melt when the lava ball is falling down
