White Delirium 0.2v - small fixes

Few fixes for the post jam version:

• UI follows you correctly now
• Display recent score with high score
• Getting hit by multiple orbs shouldn't cause the animation to repeat
• No lerp for mouse cursor
• If your display is lower res that 1920x1080 the game should now start in lower res + better performance in lower res
