New monsters, areas, and vr hands

I recently updated the game to include the ability to pick up items with a vr hand. Added some new enemies and a cave to explore.

Next up in the future I'd like to get around to saving player stats per character class, so that you can finally start building a character! I've also raised the price from 0 to $2, just a little something to help give me motivation and energy to keep working on this.
