Demo 0.0.5 - minor fixes

Minor fixes from the previous version:

• Show FPS option (shortcut: F1)
• Environment light adjusted
• Lock camera on car when inside loop (this way, the camera will be upside down during the loop). This option is disabled by default.
• Fixed bug when choosing truck with trailer in the Freestyle Arena (trailer would spawn inside the ramp)
