Version 1.39.0 introduces the Crystalis Stronghold, a new persistent hub that connects many of the game's existing systems without turning progression into a clicker or adding manual combat controls.
The Stronghold features 9 upgradeable buildings, each progressing from Level 1 to Level 5:
Upgrades use existing Gold and crafting materials — no new Stronghold currency has been added.
The Stronghold operates automatically in 30-minute progression cycles and can store up to 8 hours of baseline offline production, expandable to 12 hours through the Scout Lodge.
Stronghold activities can generate:
Rewards accumulate in a shared reserve and can be collected in batches rather than requiring constant manual interaction.
Stronghold production feeds directly into the systems that already own those resources.
Cartographers discover real Atlas Maps, the Farm District prepares feed for existing animals, the Training Grounds improve heroes outside the active party, and crafting materials are delivered directly into the existing Forge and Reliquary systems.
Combat remains fully automated.
The War Room improves the existing Party Tactics AI without introducing Attack, Skill or Target controls.
Level 1 is completely neutral, ensuring that existing profiles do not receive an unexpected combat balance change simply by updating the game. Higher War Room levels gradually improve automated party performance in both standard combat and Atlas Live Maps.
