New enemy ready. Gommel will cast a new spell "Blessing of Kings", which will set all min. damage to their max. damage values, e.g. (1-16 -> 16-16). The spell will apply the "blessed" effect, which per default expires after 3 rounds. While the player or an enemy is blessed all their damage is set to maximum.
