Version 1.32.0 turns the Atlas from a repeatable activity into a true long-term progression system.
Each region now tracks permanent Atlas records, including:
Your Atlas history now becomes part of your permanent profile rather than disappearing into individual runs.
The new Atlas Mastery system adds:
Levels 25–30 serve as prestige progression after all passive nodes can be completed.
Maps now inherit more identity from the regions where they originate.
Regional resonance influences the affix pool, making certain modifier families more likely without completely locking Maps into one type. Testing confirmed a measurable regional bias while preserving roll variety.
Defeating a Guardian can now uncover a linked continuation Map, creating longer expedition chains instead of every Map existing as an isolated run.
Chains can lead into regular Maps or even special Unique Maps.
Eight handcrafted Unique Maps have been added.
They feature fixed routes, dedicated Guardian names, predefined affixes and Guardian Seals, and increased reward multipliers.
One example is The Ashen Procession, which culminates in its unique Guardian, The Ember Crown.
Everything introduced in the previous Atlas updates remains fully integrated:
Live Maps, Map rarities, affixes, Guardian Seals and the Atlas Forge all continue to work alongside Codex and Mastery progression.
