Update: Tutorial, Death, Sounds

Finally added a couple tutorial levels to teach the basics. I made a button click effect and background music, and finally implemented the death state if you run out of time. It just restarts the level. The game should be pretty much finished now, all is left is adding a few more levels.

I also attached a gameplay clip of me going through the game in its current state.
