And here it is! Is This Self Care is released!
This is Self Care is a twine thing that's designed to be played when you're in the midst of wondering if you're being lazy or practicing self care. Or beforehand. Or afterward! Or whenever is useful to you!
It's a short thing which should only take a few minutes but I hope it will help you sort out your thoughts during those difficult moments.
I've decided to launch it today after hyperfocussing on it all morning because ADHD.
