Patch 5

• sounds should hopefully no longer destroy your ears when taking a mutation or crown with lots of pieces
• updated the options implementation
• many other fixes that were done in "invisible" patches (no devlog) about two weeks ago

I feel like I broke something, but my testing said everything works.  Tell me if I'm wrong.
