Version 1.0.1.0 - "Mistakes Were Made, Let's Fix Them!"

So, in the first version of this game, there were some mistakes that I missed or just some things that I've flat out could have done better. Luckily, these were pointed out to me in the Power Politics IV Discord server, speaking of which, make sure to join the Power Politics Discord server! It allows me to interact with you guys, makes it easier for me to solve any problems you may have with the game, and is just genuinely cool to hang out at, at least I think so. Anyways, here are a list of some of the nice changes I've made to make the experience a little bit more enjoyable for players:

• The week counter now displays the day as well.
• Expenditure now displayed on the campaign activity menu.
• 🎉You can now scroll through lists with either a mouse or the arrow keys!🎉
• Biden has been buffed so you're no longer wiped out by Howie Hawkins all the time.
• The Read-Me now includes a little bit more information to help you mod the game.
• The game tells you how to choose an incumbent now!(This stumped a lot of people)
• If you're a new player, you're now notified that you can only do one fundraiser or one press conference at a time.
• Tweaks to the election night, Delaware no longer last.

And that's about it! Hope this makes the experience just a little bit better! 

Actually, one more thing, if you've already downloaded this game, since this update changes both candidate and state data, you will need to go C:\Users\<User>\AppData\Local\Power_Politics_IV and delete both Candidate_Data.ini and States_Data.ini.
