0.6.1.0 - Improvements and balance changes

We're currently researching, planning and designing new content and QoL features, but at the same time we're still continuously working on general improvements and balance changes. These changes were meant to be part of a larger build, but since they makes the game more stable, we decided to push these changes early.

Improvements
- Added new technology Code of Law: can starve for 50% longer before people revolt
- Can set rally point by clicking on mini-map
- New rally point art (priest scepter)
- Added new garrison tower command button and hotkey for button for all units except Tribe
- Consistent color profile and sizes for arrow indicators

Balance changes
- Swordsman has 75 hp (up from 65)
- Bronze Axe only increases Light Axeman damage by 1 (down from 2)
- Axe upgrades in Furnace no longer provide woodcutting bonuses for villager
- Bronze Axe upgrades Heavy Axeman siege damage by 2 (up from 1)
- All AI waves produce units slightly faster
- Intermediate AI waves attacks you slightly later

Bug fixes
- Fixed a few errors
- Watchtower base hit points correctly set to 140 (from 150, it showed 140 even though it was 150)
- Fixed a case where garrisoning unit would be drawn behind top part of Watchtower
- Health bars no longer get drawn behind trees and watchtowers in certain cases
- Fixed that Clay Pit is not visible on construction and can't be selected until a unit moves around close to it
