We playtested a new set of rules which revolves around the concept of "rubbles" and what a city leaves behind if it's left abandoned. It plays a lot differently so we prefered to leave ruleset v1.1 as is to allow ourselves and others compare the two of them.
I also rewrote the description to describe not only the first set of rules, but the project as a whole. It might not be very clear, perhaps too vague, but it paradoxically explains more efficientlywhat i want to do for this game.
