Reputation Overhaul
- Reputation is now designed as a long-term career stat.
- Reputation bonuses now scale up to 500 Reputation before reaching their maximum effect.
- Reputation itself can continue increasing forever for leaderboard and Burnout Board purposes.
- Reputation bonuses have been rebalanced to provide smoother progression without becoming overpowered.
Operations Dashboard
- Reputation progress bar now fills at 500 Reputation instead of 100.
- Reputation now displays its actual value instead of a percentage.
- Added a Stress label beneath the stress bar to match the Energy display.
- Employment Status now displays the reason when your employment is in jeopardy:
- Consumer Complaints
- Compliance Risk
- Poor Performance
Compliance System
- Compliance Risk now naturally decreases by 5 at the end of each workday.
- Completing an entire workweek without increasing Compliance Risk grants an additional 25-point reduction.
- Compliance Risk can never fall below zero.
Employment Balancing
- Updated Compliance Risk employment thresholds:
- 50+ — Under Review
- 75+ — Final Warning
- 100+ — Termination
- Reputation now provides modest employment protection at higher levels without making players immune to discipline.
Balance
- Promotion bonuses from Reputation have been reduced and spread across the full 0–500 Reputation range.
- Coworker equipment sale bonuses have been rebalanced to scale more gradually.
- High-Reputation careers remain rewarding without trivializing late-game progression.
Shop Improvements
- Shop menu has been reorganized into clearer sections:
Equipment Screen
- Equipped gear remains displayed in the existing equipment panel.
- Inventory layout has been redesigned for improved readability and easier browsing.
