Disciplinary Status Light

• Added a disciplinary status indicator that behaves like a live dashboard status light.
• Employment status is now determined by the most severe active disciplinary issue instead of a single trigger.
• Performance write-ups now contribute to employment standing.
• Complaints continue to affect employment standing with proper escalation.
• Compliance risk can now independently escalate employment status.
• Status automatically recovers as write-ups expire or discipline improves.
• Fixed status recalculation after write-up decay so the indicator always reflects the current disciplinary record.
