Some quick fixes

Here are some more fixes! :)

• Quality-of-life: made Alumina reduction easier
• BUGFIX: rebalanced Potassium Oxide + Sulfuric Acid
• BUGFIX: fixed balance of Cesium Carbonate + Hydrochloric Acid
• BUGFIX: non-match materials can now fall down a diagonal slope of filter pixels
• BUGFIX: filters no longer stop horizontal movement (conveyors can push things through)
• MISC: allow building walls using Diamond
